Don't Ignore The Ceiling!

The next time you're painting a room, forget about trimming perfectly where the wall meets the ceiling and just go right on up into that dog-gone ceiling!  I've done this before in my dining room (Click HERE to see) and LOVED the look.  We put molding between the color and the white, but I couldn't talk my hubby into doing that this time around!  So my mom got the ingenious idea of rounding the corners.  Adds such a fancy touch!!! The middle is actually a light gray, rather than white. I've been staring at white ceilings my whole life, and just plain sick of them!  (Okay, so I don't spend my life staring at ceilings!!)

We couldn't find a protractor so a pencil on a string did the trick!  My mom always has a trick up her sleeve!
We followed the look into the office as well.  Anyone else out there tired of boring ceilings??  Do something 'bout it! And then share your picture with me. :)  Which reminds me, I've been thinking about hosting my first ever link party...  and I would love to do a weekly themed party, instead of same 'ole! How about about a creative ceiling link party?  Think it would fly?                                                                                                                                                                          Don't forget - first 200 to "like" Kammy's Korner on FB are automatically entered to win an Applebee's Gift card!!!  Click HERE (or on my right sidebar up top) and maybe you'll be the lucky winner!
