Trash 2 Treasure Tuesdays #13

Ohhhhh my goodness gracious, we are back in Michigan and though I could have stayed in Iowa for another week since I still didn't get to do everything I had planned, I'm glad to be on a familiar computer!  Don't know about you, but I just can't blog on someone else's.  Gotta be where I'm comfortable!  While I was in Iowa, I picked up LOTS of "trash" just dying to be turned into treasure! I fit it all in except for an end table I found at Goodwill, but I have enough of those in the barn anyway. Can we say hoarder?  Naw... And the picture above?  That's what the mini van looked like for the seven hour -turned 9 1/2 hour because of the winter storm -trek home.  I've said it before and I'll say it again:  Thank goodness for stow-n-go seats!!

And now for this week's features!  Not as many link ups as I totally forgot to host the party until over a day later!  haha.  Thanks to those of you who still participated - it was small but wonderful!

Now here is the POST WITH THE MOST:  another wonderful furniture makeover from the always creative Meg and Mum: The stinky kitchen dresser.  I'd say she totally rocked the two tone look!!!

Okay, ready for the first Trash 2 Treasure Party of 2012?!!! I am!!!!  Let's see what you've got!  Here are the rules, please play by them. :)

  3. HA! I can't BELIEVE that you fit all that stuff in your van. LMBO! That's hilarious! At least the end table was only $2.50. You could have channeled the Beverly Hillbillies and strapped it to your roof though! LOL! Linked up my barn door sign.:D Love ya, miss ya, and glad you got home safe and sound!

  4. Kammy,

I know my entry is not technically "trash" -- though if you look the before pics I think it might qualify? Certainly looked like tear down materials ... which is trash, right?

If you need to delete, I fully understand!
