The Boys' Pirate Ship and Pirate Face Birthday Cakes

This was easier than it looks!  I made a square cake for the bottom and covered it in blue marshmallow fondit frosting (Click HERE for the recipe I found on pinterest).  It was my first time working with the stuff, and I wasn't very good with it, or maybe it wasn't very good with me, but hey I loved how I could cut the edges all off and eat the "scraps".  Mmmmm.
I had them get dressed in their pirate outfits that morning and took a photo of each birthday boy which I then printed and cut out and taped on toothpicks.
I think the candles coming out of the lifesaver (mintsaver) portholes are my favorite thing.  Just make sure you point them up a little.  It melts the fondit frosting fast!

And this Pirate Cake was by far probably the easiest birthday cake I've ever made.  I think it's self explanatory.  If you have questions, ask! :)
And there are the little Birthday Boys!!!  Life is nuts with those two, but I wouldn't have it any other way.
