Embellishing the 10 Cent Dresses

I've had so much fun with these plain little black dresses!  It just may have been the ONLY good thing about having to drive all the way to London, Ontario for my second Lasik eye surgery.  (After moving the office from Windsor, which was just a hop, skip and a jump away!)
There was this liquidation store in London, with a huge bin of clothing just piled in  there.  Men's, women's and kids all in the mix, for an extra 90% off.
Do you know what this rang up to?!!!!  TEN CENTS!!!!  My hubby was in a hurry, but I made him wait.  A dime for a "new with tags" dress?  Are you kidding me?  Sorry, Honey!!  I rushed back to the bin and dug out every little black dress I could find.  I've been having a great time adding some fanciness to them!  They all say size 18 months, however they are clearly not all the same size!

My friend showed me how to make little flowers using old silk scarves.  Too bad I gave probably a dozen away to Goodwill last year!  I used this leopard one for the flower on one dress.  The dress on the far right has a layered felt flower sewn on and I think is my favorite.  I have one left to embellish....  what to do??

  1. I was wondering where you found the herringbone like felt that you made the felt flower from.

  2. Oгegano іѕ a ρerеnnial heгb which mеanѕ it
will come back year aftеr yeаr, and cаn get out of control if not
properly сontаinеԁ. When yοu arе baκing
bread, you сan raiѕe the bгead dough in the cold oven and then just turn on
the ovеn to thе corrесt tempeгature оnce
the bread is raіsed. I don't like pizza sauces, so I opt to use two cans of diced tomatoes as the first layer-one can of plain and the other of Italian.
