Not only did my salmon-hating husband love this and ask for it again, my sister-n-law cleaned out the leftovers the next day! So here's the salmon loaf recipe I've come up with that is easy, moist, and super tasty!
|Since no blog post can go without a photo, and I didn't take any of the scrumptious salmon loaf, I dug in the files and found a picture of me exactly TWO YEARS AGO today!!!!! Wow. I'm so thankful I'm not at that point again! If you want to see the original post that pic went with, and the top reasons I hate being pregnant, click HERE. On to the recipe, sailor!|
1 (14 3/4 oz) can of Salmon
1 cup dry oatmeal
2 Tbls mustard
3/4 cup Miracle Whip (whipped salad dressing)
1/4 cup ranch dressing
dash of: salt, pepper, thyme, sweet basil (all optional)
Stir it all up until thoroughly mixed, then spread in a greased loaf pan and bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Simple as that! Bon Appetite!
