Scrumptious Salmon Loaf

Not only did my salmon-hating husband love this and ask for it again, my sister-n-law cleaned out the leftovers the next day!  So here's the salmon loaf recipe I've come up with that is easy, moist, and super tasty!

Since no blog post can go without a photo, and I didn't take any of the scrumptious salmon loaf, I dug in the files and found a picture of me exactly TWO YEARS AGO today!!!!!  Wow.  I'm so thankful I'm not at that point again!  If you want to see the original post that pic went with, and the top reasons I hate being pregnant, click HERE.  On to the recipe, sailor!
Scrumptious Salmon Loaf

1 (14 3/4 oz) can of Salmon
2 eggs
1 cup dry oatmeal
2 Tbls mustard
3/4 cup Miracle Whip (whipped salad dressing)
1/4 cup ranch dressing
dash of: salt, pepper, thyme, sweet basil (all optional)

Stir it all up until thoroughly mixed, then spread in a greased loaf pan and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.  Simple as that!   Bon Appetite!

That really is a baby in there.  Not a basketball. Cross my heart.
And just for kicks, since this has nothing to do with salmon loaves....  here's another one from just over 4 years ago.  Oh myyyyyyyyyyyy, oh me, oh my.

  1. Okay, you are gorgeous even pregnant and I'm completely annoyed! ;D I was fat everywhere when I was pregnant. Even my gums would get so swollen that sometimes I couldn't smile right and here you are with a normal looking EVERYTHING except that basketball tummy!! Sheesh! Ha!
