I would hide my face too if I looked like this. Can we say, Kitschy?! (Maran, am I using this word properly?) |
White spray paint covered up those interesting colors, and then a good spray of stone-look textured spray paint gave them a "you belong in my flower garden" look. Someone tell them they can uncover their faces now! |
Hi Kammy came over from Debbie's party. They look great!! I'm going to have to try that textured spray paint it looks awesome! Have a great weekend and stop on by when you get a chance, Martina
ReplyDeleteHi Kammy! Those are adorable. THanks for joining my spray paint party. Please add my link. Also I joined as a new friend and would love if you did the same. You know I have a newbie party every Monday. It has been awesome to see all the new gals make so many new connections. Hope you jump in sometime.
ReplyDeleteHi! I have a cherub that I bought awhile back with similar colors as your statues that I just have never used...does he look too "fleshy"?...I don't know...but anyway now after seeing your post, I think he is going to get a paint job.
ReplyDeleteThanks! Debbie, I put your button on today's post. :) Thanks for becoming a follower - I'll return the favor. :) Thanks for hosting a great party and I'll venture over on a Monday!! Thanks!

Very cute. They did look a little "plastic" in the before photos. It's amazing what a little paint can do for the kids.

ReplyDeleteLinda, love that you commented. :) Your daughter is so talented and spunky! I love children in my garden too - have a few different statues, but these are the first ones I'd painted.
