12 Years of the Annual Christmas Photo

Me n' my hubby have been 

married for 12 years! 

 We've sent out a Christmas picture every year and I thought today it would be fun to take a look at our annual Christmas photo through the years.  

The first few you'll have to forgive the quality - we didn't have a digital camera back in those old days. :)

The Year 2000.

On our honeymoon in the Bahamas.

2001: Obviously packing on some of those early marriage pounds!  

That's when I was a good wife 

and baked a dessert to eat after every four course meal.

2002: When our cats were our kids.

2003: Moved to Erie Road! 

 We have awesome old buildings now to get photographed in front of. :)

 

2004.... 

 where or where have you gone???  I can't for the life of me find it or even remember what it looked like!  Hmph.  Maybe I'm wrong and we haven't done one every year!

2005: You can't tell from the pic,

 but there's a baby in my tummy!!

2006: Doesn't a child add 

so much to a photo?!

2007: The year we photoshopped

Wow, they so don't look like his! Oops.

2008: And then there were four!  

This photo was taken in my friend Marie's bathroom.

2009:  Finally! 

 A baby girl is in mommy's tummy for this one!!

2010:Probably my favorite

 one of all, at my favorite place of all.  Silver Beach!

 Our family is complete. :)

2011: Procrastinated too long
for the photo so we made a collage with our favorite shots.

2012: Well, did you

 last all the way until 2012?

Here we all are as of a few weeks ago! :)

And please take time to reflect on the real meaning of the season, Our Lord and savior Jesus Christ, coming into this world, not so we could have a big fun holiday, but for the sole purpose of dying on a cross to pay for our sins so that we don't have to.  What better news is there than that?!
