Spicy Pepper Jack Egg Bake

Kraft Shredded Cheese

I don't typically branch out and buy out of the "Kammy ordinary", but Kraft was having a great sale on cheese once so I got brave and bought something new!  Boy am I glad I did.  This cheese makes the yummiest egg bake ever!

So, if you love a recipe with a good "kick" to it, this one's for you!

Recipe:
Spicy Jack Pepper Egg Bake

Make this the night before and bake in the morning.

Ingredients:
3-4 slices of bread (I used whole wheat, but you can even use hamburger buns!)
7 eggs
2 cups milk
2 cups Kraft Jack Pepper shredded cheese
1 sweet bell pepper, diced  (I used an orange one)
a few dashes of: cayenne pepper, onion powder, black pepper, salt, dill weed

Directions:
Tear bread up into small pieces and place it in a 9x13 baking dish.  Sprinkle cheese and diced bell pepper evenly over the bread.  In a mixing bowl, mix eggs, milk, and seasonings and pour evenly over top.  Put in the fridge overnight and bake in the morning on 350 for about 35 minutes or until the middle is no longer jiggly.  Pour a glass of orange juice and eat up!
