Asian Salmon Stirfry

5 carrots
2-3 cups fresh or frozen green beans
2 or 3 salmon burgers (cooked and cubed)
fresh or frozen broccoli (optional)
sliced bell pepper (optional)

Saute all together in a fry pan with olive oil and sprinkle with some onion powder, chicken bouillon (1 tbls?), and pepper.

Cook rice in separate pan (I make enough for 2 servings).

When stirfry is cooked till tender, pour on and stir:
1/4 cup creamy poppyseed dressing
2 Tbls teriyaki sauce/marinade

Serve over rice.  I also add extra poppy seeds.  Don't take a drug test for a potential job after eating this!
