A Shirt and Scissors. Period.

My easiest shirt transformation ever.  All you need is a long Tee and some scissors.  I folded it carefully in half, got out my duller than the love life of a toothpick scissors, and sliced it up the middle.

And that, folks, is how I changed my boring $1.99 KMart Tee into a cute cardigan in just seconds.  Now go cut some shirts up!
