Did you all have a thankful thanksgiving??
I had one that I don't think me or anyone else in the family will soon forget!
Very untraditional.
Thanksgiving morning, we packed up the car and kids and headed to Chicago (about a three hour drive) and *spent thanksgiving at Pacific Garden Mission - the largest homeless shelter in America, went to Ikea Friday morning and the Medieval Times show in the evening, and then hit up Shedd's Aquarium Saturday, topped off with authentic Chinese food in Chinatown before heading home and crashing in to our beds Saturday night. Praise be to God for the good things he has done!!
*I will hopefully write a post with photos about our visit to Pacific Garden Mission later this week.
If you missed anything last week, I shared:
Also, since it's Cyber Monday, I figured I'd better give you all a deal and there is now a discount code to use over at my Etsy shop (good all of December)! Use 10CHRISTMAS for 10% off any purchase of $10 or more.
I added some new items today, here are a few (click on pic to take you to the listing):
Now let's see some features from last week's party!
Namely Original made a beautiful pallet clock for her sister's gorgeous living room. |
Let's Get Crafty will not have a hard time doing just that with her amazing computer cabinet redo! WOW. |
How can you not help but love these gold dipped antlers from Minettes Maze? |
Please take the time to read through these rules:
1. Your post must be a Trash 2 Treasure, but I'm not picky on the "trash" part!
If you took something and made it look better and it's NEW to Kammy's Korner - link it up, Baby! :)
2. Place the Party button found on the right sidebar on the post or somewhere on your blog.
3. Visit the link before you and leave a comment!
Link up, Buttercup!
Thanks for hosting Trash 2 Treasure Tuesday Kammie, love joining in. Have a great week.
