Creole Penne With Grilled Chicken

Creole  Penne With Grilled Chicken
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups uncooked penne pasta
1 cup chopped up orange, red, or yellow sweet bell pepper
14 oz can of petite diced tomatoes
1 jar Alfredo Sauce (Stock up when it's on sale!)
1 teaspoon cajun seasoning
2 teaspoons Creole Seasoning
2 grilled chicken breasts, thinly sliced

I got this FREE IN THE MAIL TODAY!!!!!  Do you ever check out www.icravefreebies.com??  If you don't, then you're dumb missing out!  I've gotten so many free things.  For this one, you just had to facebook message Mara's Pasta your name and address, and wa la - free pasta in my mailbox!  And it wasn't just any pasta - it was whole wheat and it was DELICIOUS whole wheat!!!!  Score - if like me - you're not really a fan of the healthy stuff!  I couldn't even tell I was eating "healthy" pasta! :)
 1. Boil Pasta and peppers together until pasta is tender.  Drain.
Yeah, yeah, I know I should make my own alfredo sauce, but I don't so get over it.
2. Add Alfredo sauce, tomatoes, creole and cajun seasonings and stir together good.  Keep heat on low-medium.
This week has been so spectacular weather wise that we grilled chicken last night!  So tonight I slicked the leftovers up real thin and it was the last ingredient to get thrown in the pot.
 3. Add chicken and serve HOT HOT HOT.  With a glass of water (or milk if you're real wimpy and it's too spicey!  I'm a "hot food" wimp and it wasn't too spicey for me... so you should be okay!)

The plate of my almost two year old.  She's a small eater.  But she scarfed this down real fast!  Didn't bat an eye at the spicy-ness, while my five year old carried on quite dramatically.

What?  Don't want to print all those pics and chitter chatter?  Here it is in typical recipe format for you to copy/paste into a Word Document. You're welcome.
