Cheesy Taco Soup
Kammy's Cheesy Taco Soup
1-2 pounds ground beef
1 package of taco seasoning
1 cup water
2 or 3 diced tomatoes
1 can cream of chicken
1 can chili beans
5 slices of Velveeta cheese
1 tablespoon chili powder
Brown the ground beef in a soup pot over the stove. Drain the grease and return to burner. Stir in water and taco seasoning. Add remaining ingredients and stir occassionally over medium-low heat until cheese is completely melted. Serve with tortilla chips. Muy bien!

Sounds good! My sister makes a dip with similar ingredients - I'll have to try your recipe
ReplyDeleteLooks yummy and easy (which is key)! I needed a soup for my neighborhood Trunk or Treat tonight and this looks like it might be it!
ReplyDeleteThank you! (P.S. I found you on the Whatever Goes Wednesday link up and your blog is darling. I have a feeling I'll be sticking around for a while)
